How to report copyright, trademark, attribution, or other legal concerns involving content on our online store.
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
Our Commitment to Intellectual Property Rights
Pro Grill Cleaning, Inc. ("Pro Grill," "we," "us," or "our") respects intellectual property and other legal rights. This policy explains how to notify us if you believe content appearing on store.progrill.com infringes copyright or trademark rights, requires attribution, or raises another legal concern.
Our online store features barbecue grills, replacement parts, accessories, manufacturer information, product photography, illustrations, and technical documentation. Some content may be supplied or made available by manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, or other sources.
Important: Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee removal. We may investigate, request further information, correct attribution, replace or remove content, preserve relevant records, or take other action appropriate under the circumstances and applicable law.
1. Copyright Infringement Notices
If you own a copyright or are authorized to act for its owner and believe content on our store infringes an exclusive copyright right, you may submit a written notice.
For a notice intended to satisfy the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), please include substantially the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and information sufficient to locate it, preferably the exact product or page URL.
Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Our contact information appears in Section 9 below.
DMCA designation: Publishing a contact address on this page is not the same as registering a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Where applicable, such registration and other statutory requirements must be completed separately.
2. Review of Copyright Notices
When we receive a substantially compliant notice, we may review the identified material and, where appropriate, act expeditiously to remove or disable access to it.
We may contact the complaining party, the content supplier, the manufacturer, or other relevant parties to evaluate ownership, authorization, licensing, attribution, or applicable exceptions.
Where the DMCA procedure applies to material supplied by a user or other third party, we may notify the affected party and provide relevant notice information as reasonably necessary or required by law.
3. Copyright Counter-Notifications
If material you supplied was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification.
A counter-notification intended to satisfy the DMCA should include:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, and telephone number.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. Federal District Court under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complaining party or its agent.
Where the statutory counter-notification process applies, we may forward the counter-notification to the complaining party. Applicable law may permit restoration of material after the statutory waiting period unless the complaining party reports that it has initiated an appropriate court action.
Submission of a counter-notification does not guarantee restoration of material.
4. Trademark Infringement Notices
If you believe material on our store infringes a trademark you own or are authorized to enforce, please provide:
Your name, contact information, and relationship to the trademark owner.
Identification of the trademark, including registration details where applicable.
The exact URL or other information sufficient to locate the disputed content.
An explanation of why you believe the use infringes your rights.
A good-faith statement concerning the allegedly unauthorized use.
A statement confirming the accuracy of your submission and your authority to act.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Brand names, logos, model numbers, and product identifiers may appear on our store to identify products and compatibility. The appearance of a brand does not, by itself, imply endorsement or affiliation.
5. Image Attribution and Content Correction Requests
We recognize that certain product photographs, diagrams, logos, and technical materials may originate from manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, photographers, or other rights holders.
If you believe a photograph or other item requires additional credit, contains an inaccurate attribution, or should be replaced, you may submit an attribution or correction request without necessarily filing a formal copyright infringement notice.
Please include:
Your name, organization, and contact information.
The specific URL of the product or page concerned.
A description of the photograph, image, diagram, or other material.
Information supporting your ownership, permission terms, or authority to request attribution.
The credit, correction, or other resolution you are requesting.
We may review available records and respond by adding or updating attribution, correcting information, replacing material, removing content, or explaining our position as appropriate.
Our Terms of Service includes a general acknowledgment of manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and other sources of product imagery and information.
6. Defamation, Privacy and Other Content Complaints
If you believe content on our online store unlawfully defames you, violates privacy or publicity rights, or otherwise violates a legal right not addressed above, please submit a written explanation.
Include your contact information, the specific URL, the legal right involved, the reasons for your concern, relevant supporting information, and a statement that your submission is accurate and made in good faith.
We will evaluate such concerns as appropriate. Submission alone does not create an automatic obligation to remove content.
7. False or Misleading Notices
Please do not knowingly submit false, misleading, or materially inaccurate claims.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly material misrepresentations concerning infringement or mistaken removal may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, as provided by law.
Before submitting a copyright complaint, please consider whether the use may be authorized or otherwise permitted by law, including applicable exceptions or limitations such as fair use.
8. Repeat Infringers and Third-Party Platforms
Where applicable to services allowing users or account holders to provide content, Pro Grill maintains a policy of addressing repeat copyright infringement and terminating or disabling access in appropriate circumstances consistent with applicable law.
Our store is hosted on Shopify. Some complaints may also fall within Shopify's independent intellectual property reporting procedures. Submitting a report to Pro Grill does not replace any applicable reporting process maintained by Shopify or another platform.
