However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we’ve created a clear policy to make this process as smooth as possible while maintaining our product standards.

14-Day Return Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Parts: Parts must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. This includes any accessories, manuals, or other materials that were included with the item.
  • Barbecues: Barbecues must also be returned in their original unopened condition. Once a barbecue has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return.

Restocking Fee

If an item is returned for reasons unrelated to an error on our part, such as ordering the wrong product, a 25% restocking fee may apply.

This fee will be deducted from the refund amount after the return is processed. Please carefully review your order details before making a purchase to avoid this charge.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or assembled items, including items that have been installed.
  • Clearance and Warehouse Deals: Items sold at a discount or as part of a warehouse deal.
  • Custom-made or special-order products, including those made specifically for you.
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" in the product description.
  • Items that are returned outside of the 14-day window.

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at store@progrill.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note the following:

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where we made a significant error in processing, dispatching, or delivery.

Original Shipping Deduction: Any shipping costs from the original order will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee may apply to items returned for customer-related reasons (such as ordering the wrong product).

Items returned without prior approval or outside of the 14-day window are not eligible for a refund.

Any items sent back on your own without following our return process are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at store@progrill.com with photos and a description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the problem, whether that means sending a replacement or processing a return.
