Concrete Color Options

Sustainable African Teak

Side panels are made from certified ethically harvested African Teak (Afrormosia), a hardwood prized for its beauty and durability in exterior settings. This sustainable wood adds a touch of sophistication to the firepit’s bold design.

Premium Fire Ring and Control System

Equipped with a high-quality stainless steel fire ring burner, this firepit is built for performance. The standard manual key valve comes in polished stainless steel or brass, while an optional flame-proof electronic ignition control is available for an additional cost (typically around $800).

Handcrafted Uniqueness

As each firepit is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, and weight are to be expected. Our high-strength concrete is formulated specifically for in-pool and exterior environments. While rare, minor surface cracks, etching, or discoloration may occur in certain pool conditions. Adjusting pool chemicals often resolves these issues. Feel free to reach out with any concerns, and we’ll gladly assist with troubleshooting.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, minus a $250 restocking fee and shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items), we will cover the return shipping. Upon receiving your order, you have 48 hours to inspect and report any damage or issues. After 48 hours, any unreported damage will be considered as acceptance of the product in good condition. Please note, returns are not accepted for opened packages or for items with custom colors or custom-built specifications.

Refunds typically take up to four weeks, though most are processed sooner. This timeline accounts for return shipping (5-10 business days), our processing time once the item is received (3-5 business days), and your bank’s processing of the refund (5-10 business days). If you need to initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone for further instructions. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and your refund issued.

Shipping Policy

We ship to most locations worldwide. However, certain areas, such as downtown addresses (e.g., Downtown Manhattan NYC), international destinations, Alaska, Maine, and island states, may require special shipping arrangements or incur additional charges. If this applies to your order, we will reach out to discuss your options.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided at the time of order placement based on item availability and the shipping method selected. Most of our products are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight services.

Please be aware that these items are shipped in large protective crates. If required, we can arrange for a Lift-Gate Truck to drop off the crate at your location, typically in your driveway. You will need someone on-site to inspect and accept the shipment at the time of delivery. It is important to note that shipping locations must be accessible by large trucks. If access is not possible, we will deliver to the nearest LTL freight terminal for you to pick up. We do not offer installation, unpacking, or removal of packing materials; you will be responsible for these tasks upon delivery.
