2 Spark Ignition Module
This is the 9 volt spark generator with two outlets, used on older Lynx Professional and Premier grills and on non-IR Sedona grills. When you push the igniter button, it sends the spark down the wires to the electrodes. If you hear no clicking with a fresh battery, the module is the usual suspect.
Before You Order
Count the wires on your old module. This one has 2 spark outlets. Grills that need four use the 31161.
2 or 4 Spark?
Lynx used two ignition modules that look alike. Match the number of outlets on your old one.
The 9 volt battery sits in the 31879 holder, which plugs into this module. The module mounts inside the 31398 igniter shield.
