Summerset Heat Separator for Pro Series Grills

This heat separator is an internal part for the older Summerset Pro series grills. It sits between burner areas inside the firebox so you can run one side hot and the other side low for zone cooking. Replace it when it is warped, rusted through or missing.

This part is for the older Pro series, not Sizzler Pro or TRL Pro. TRL 32" and 38" grills use separator 11968. Compare against your old part before ordering.

Summerset model numbers look like SIZ32, TRL38 or SZRPRO40. The series, the size and the gas type all change which part fits.

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
