Summerset Heat Zone Separator for TRL32/38

This heat zone separator sits inside the firebox of Summerset TRL 32" and TRL 38" grills and divides the burner area so you can run different temperatures side by side on the cooking surface. Replace it when the original is warped, burned through or missing.

Before You Order

TRLD and Premier (PRM) 32" and 44" grills use a different separator, part 31556-HEAT-SEP-PRM. Check the rating plate on your grill to confirm the model before ordering.

Summerset model numbers look like SIZ32, TRL38 or SZRPRO40. The series, the size and the gas type all change which part fits.

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
