Summerset Main Valve O-Ring Seal (Black)

Summerset Main Valve O-Ring Seal (Black)

This black O-ring seals the connection between a Summerset main gas valve and the gas manifold. Replace it any time a valve is removed or swapped, or when the old ring is flattened, cracked or missing. A worn O-ring can leak gas at the valve, so it is worth replacing during any valve service.

Check Your Grill’s Compatibility

Before You Order

Compare against your old O-ring before ordering. After any valve work, leak-test every connection with soapy water before lighting the grill.

Not Sure Which Summerset Grill You Have?

Finding your Summerset model and serial number is easy.

Summerset model numbers look like SIZ32, TRL38 or SZRPRO40. The series, the size and the gas type all change which part fits.

1

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

2

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.

3

No luck? The model number is on the front of your owner’s manual.

4

Snap a photo of the plate and tap Text Us a Photo below. We’ll tell you exactly which part fits.
