Summerset Main Valve Orifice for TRL, TRLD, PRM, PRO and STG (Propane)

Propane main burner orifice for Summerset TRL, Premier, PRO and STG grills. The orifice sits on the end of the main valve and meters propane into the burner, so a clogged or wrong-size orifice causes weak or uneven flames. Each main burner uses one.

Before You Order

Check the rating plate to confirm your grill is set up for propane. A natural gas grill needs the natural gas orifice. Gas parts should be installed and leak-tested by a qualified technician.

Finding your Summerset model and serial number is easy.

Summerset model numbers look like SIZ32, TRL38 or SZRPRO40. The series, the size and the gas type all change which part fits.

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
