Summerset Manifold Flex Tube for TRL and TRLD Grills

Flexible gas tube for the manifold on Summerset TRL and TRLD grills. It is part of the gas supply line that feeds the manifold, which in turn feeds each main burner valve. Replace it if it is kinked, cracked or damaged, or if a leak test points to it.

Check Your Grill’s Compatibility

Before You Order

Gas line work should be done by a qualified technician. After installing, leak test every connection with soapy water before lighting the grill. If you are replacing the line to the rear infrared burner, order the back burner flex tube instead.

Summerset model numbers look like SIZ32, TRL38 or SZRPRO40. The series, the size and the gas type all change which part fits.

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
