This is the small access door that covers the service opening for the infrared back burner on earlier-production Summerset Sizzler grills. It comes off when the back burner parts need service. Replace it if the original is lost, bent or rusted.

Finding your Summerset model and serial number is easy.

Summerset model numbers look like SIZ32, TRL38 or SZRPRO40. The series, the size and the gas type all change which part fits.

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
