Summerset Sizzler Main Valve (Natural Gas)

This is the main burner gas valve for natural gas Summerset Sizzler grills. Each main burner has its own valve, which meters gas from the manifold to the burner and carries the push-to-light ignition switch. Replace it when a valve leaks, sticks, turns roughly or will not hold a flame setting.

Check Your Grill’s Compatibility

Before You Order

Check the rating plate for gas type. Propane Sizzler grills use 12092 (MV-SIZ-LP). Sizzler Pro grills use a different valve, and current-generation Sizzler (SZR) grills use part 12320. Gas valve work should be done by a qualified technician.

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
