Left-side light box for earlier-production Summerset TRL, TRLD, Premier, Pro and STG grills. The light box is the housing that holds the interior grill light on the left side of the grill. Replace it when the housing is cracked, burned or no longer holds the light fixture securely.

Left and right light boxes are different parts. Check which side has failed, and turn off power to the grill lights before working on them.

Finding your Summerset model and serial number is easy.

Summerset model numbers look like SIZ32, TRL38 or SZRPRO40. The series, the size and the gas type all change which part fits.

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
