Summerset Wire from Grill to Transformer (Black)
This black wire connects a Summerset grill to its plug-in transformer and carries power to the lights. If the grill lights stopped working and the transformer is fine, a damaged wire is a common cause. Summerset has made two versions, an older one with no clip and a newer one with a clip.
Pick your option above. Each version has its own part number, and the right one is added to your cart when you choose it.
Before You Order
Check the serial number on your rating plate. It starts with CH followed by the year it was built, so CH2015 or later uses the new style wire with clip. Also check the transformer and light switch before replacing the wire.
Not Sure Which Summerset Grill You Have?
Finding your Summerset model and serial number is easy.
Summerset model numbers look like SIZ32, TRL38 or SZRPRO40. The series, the size and the gas type all change which part fits.
Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.
On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
No luck? The model number is on the front of your owner’s manual.
Snap a photo of the plate and tap Text Us a Photo below. We’ll tell you exactly which part fits.
