AOG L Series Power Supply / Transformer – 24187-64

The AOG replacement power supply, also referred to as a transformer, provides the converted electrical power required to operate compatible L Series grill lighting and electronic systems.

Before replacing the transformer, inspect the power supply fuse (24-B-57). A blown fuse can interrupt electrical power and produce symptoms similar to a failed power supply.

AOG AC/DC Converter Harness – 24-B-56

The genuine AOG 24-B-56 AC/DC converter harness connects the grill's internal wiring to the external AC/DC power supply. The harness connects to the grill-side wiring through the Wiring Harness Extension (24182-53) and plugs into the power supply on the opposite end.

This connection supplies converted DC power to the grill's lighting and supported electronic components.

When Should the Converter Harness Be Replaced?

Consider replacing the AOG 24-B-56 converter harness when:

• Grill lights or electronic components do not receive power
• Connectors show corrosion or deterioration
• The original harness has visible heat damage
• Wiring or connectors are damaged
• The harness no longer maintains a reliable electrical connection

Before replacing the power supply or converter harness, disconnect electrical power to the grill and inspect the AOG power supply fuse (24-B-57) located directly on the transformer.

Check the fuse for:

• A broken internal filament
• Darkened or discolored glass
• Heat damage
• Other visible signs of failure

The 24-B-56 converter harness connects to the power supply near this fuse. If a replacement harness does not restore power, the fuse and power supply should also be inspected.
