Summerset The Oven Main Valve Igniter with Wire - MVIW-OV

This is the main valve igniter with wire for the Summerset The Oven gas pizza oven. It produces the spark at the main valve to light the oven burner, and the wire carries the spark to the burner. Replace it if the oven clicks weakly or does not spark at all.

If the oven sparks but will not stay lit, check the thermocouple first. This part is for The Oven, not the Hybrid oven.

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
