Summerset The Oven Main Valve Orifice (Propane) - MVO-OV-LP

This is the propane main valve orifice for The Oven, the Summerset gas outdoor oven. The orifice is the small brass fitting that meters gas from the main valve into the burner, sized for liquid propane. It is a genuine Summerset replacement part.

Check the rating plate to confirm your oven runs on propane. This is not a part for the Summerset Hybrid Gas Oven (OV-HYB), which has its own gas parts. Gas work is best done by a qualified technician.

Summerset model numbers look like SIZ32, TRL38 or SZRPRO40. The series, the size and the gas type all change which part fits.

Find the rating plate. It lists the model, the gas type and the serial number.

On Summerset grills it is on the outside of the firebox (grill basin), and on some models it is also on the underside of the drip tray.
